Acknowledgment
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Scope of Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including quotes, scheduling, confirmations, and customer support. Availability is subject to scheduling, service area, and acceptance of your request.

Quotes, Booking, and Access

  • Quotes: Estimates are based on information you provide and may be adjusted after onsite assessment or changes in scope.

  • Scheduling: Appointment times are windows of arrival unless otherwise stated.

  • Access: You are responsible for providing safe access to the service location during the scheduled window (e.g., door codes, key placement, gate instructions, parking, pet instructions).

  • Condition: Excessive clutter, biohazards, pest infestations, or unsafe conditions may result in additional fees, rescheduling, or refusal of service.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No‑Shows

  • You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us in advance. A minimum notice window may apply; if not specified at booking, 24 hours’ notice is required.

  • Late cancellations, lock‑outs, or no‑show scenarios (no access within 20 minutes of arrival) may incur a fee up to the full appointment amount to cover reserved time.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for quotes and scheduling.

  • Secure valuables and specify areas that should not be accessed.

  • Notify us in advance of special surfaces, fragile items, or manufacturer‑specific cleaning requirements.

  • Report service issues within 24 hours so we can address them promptly.

Satisfaction and Re‑Clean Policy
If you are not satisfied with an area cleaned, contact us within 24 hours with details and photos where possible. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue, which may include a re‑clean of the affected area. This policy does not cover circumstances outside our control (e.g., normal wear, permanent stains, damaged surfaces, or conditions not disclosed).

Supplies and Equipment
We provide standard cleaning supplies and equipment. If you request use of your own products or equipment, you assume responsibility for any results or damage related to those products or equipment.

Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.

  • We may require a card on file to secure bookings and apply cancellation fees.

  • Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services and may be referred for collection, with you responsible for reasonable collection costs and fees.

Photos for Quality Assurance
With your consent, we may capture limited before/after photos of work areas for quality assurance and training. We do not publicly post identifiable interior photos without your explicit permission.

Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website, forms, or scheduling tools.

  • Upload or transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.

  • Misuse the Service in violation of applicable laws.

SMS Communications

  • With your consent, we may send non‑marketing texts (confirmations, reminders, access instructions, updates) and occasional marketing texts.

  • Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flos Glo Cleaning Services, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
